The apartment is located within the relaxing, quiet, and guarded pine forest of Arenzano. From our balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic sea view. The property has a shared garden on the ground floor. The location is ideal, just a few meters from the sea, and a pleasant walk will also take you to Arenzano and Cogoleto.
You'll have access to a private garage, ensuring maximum convenience and security for your vehicle during your stay.

The space
Our approximately 65 square meter apartment comprises an entrance hall, a spacious living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed, and a large double bedroom. A bathroom with a shower and a large balcony with a pleasant sea view.
The apartment is air conditioned throughout, and you'll have access to a private uncovered parking space.
Inside the Arenzano Pine Forest, in addition to the green spaces, there is a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, and soccer fields (fees apply), a children's playground, a bar, a grocery store, a tobacconist, and a diving center.

Other things to keep in mind
In addition to the apartment keys, we will give you a rechargeable magnetic card (available at the main concierge) that you will need to:
- open the pine forest gates,
- use the shuttle service (€1.50 per person per trip) that can take you to the center of Arenzano or to various points in the pine forest.

The Arenzano pine forest can be accessed from two concierges, both of which are supervised:
the one closest to the apartment, and usually recommended by navigation systems, is called "Cogoleto." It is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM in low season,
and from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM from the end of June to the end of September.

Then there is the main concierge, which is accessed by climbing up from the port of Arenzano is ALWAYS OPEN.

If you let me know your license plate number at least a week in advance, you can enter through any gate, at any time, without being stopped, and you must let me know where you're staying.
