The Space (Description of the Apartment)

Casa Marietta is a recently renovated two-room apartment, so all the furnishings and appliances are state-of-the-art.

From the adjacent parking space, you return to the main road and enter, through a small gate, into the courtyard that leads to the main entrance of the building.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and comprises a living area with an open-plan kitchenette complete with dishes, appliances, and an induction stove. The bedroom features a double sofa bed, a TV cabinet, and a wardrobe. A functional bathroom with a shower completes the apartment. The house can accommodate up to two people.

House linens and towels are included.

Pets are welcome, although there is no outdoor space.
Wi-Fi is available upon request.

Smoking and parties are not permitted.
